Really helpful application for home buyers and seller or agents

The best thing about this app was that you could swipe through pics without clicking on each property. Now since the update, you have to click each home & then click photos & then wait for them to load, and then finally see pics.

Pretty good all in one app

Need more specific filters when searching, single family shouldnt include trailers/manufactured/ or mobile homes, as condos / apartments are not the same.

This is a great app. I love being able to see most of the available listings in one place.

UPDATED REVIEW 10/12/16: New update is horrible. The feed is not updated properly, the search results are incomplete (three property results for an entire city when hours before there were many more), and the notifications are useless. Until theres another update, I wont be using. PROS: very user friendly; new properties are posted very quickly; neighborhood crime map (unique feature to Trulia); property map works fast and satellite view is clear; you can scroll thru a listings photos without opening the individual listing; excellent and easy to use organization features CONS: cannot hide properties you arent interested in; cannot write in any notes/comments for later reference; does not show all of the foreclosure listings that Zillow does... but Zillow doesnt have Trulias neighborhood crime map feature, clear satellite photos, or convenient photo scrolling. Personally, I have Trulia and Zillow, and I use them both, but I use and like Trulia more.

Im a lookie-loo, I admit it. This app makes it easy & I dont waste anyones time.

I found my first home on this app and when its time to find my next one Ill use it again with no hesitation.

This app is the best out there if you are searching for a house or apartment, and ive tried them all. Easy to use and the ability to create different boards is the best feature. Super happy with this app and would highly recommend it.

I just downloaded it yesterday but I am enjoying it so far. The house selection and information is good.
