The app is extremely easy to use and gives you exactly what you are looking for.

I miss the crime ratings because they were accurate. I know why they were taken down but an alternative like “family safe” or “family friendly” section would be great too.

Trulia has been the app to show new listings before any other, extremely useful

I’ve found multiple options on Trulia not available elsewhere. I always come back to this app over all the others. All around great user experience.

I have been following Trulia for over two years! Maybe more! Great resource! So much information! But there’s year built is missing on rental properties that is missed! Please restore this vital data if possible! Thank you for listening.

Girl, why do I get a dozen notifications every time a new culdesac spawns into the ether???! My filters have never been for land or lots, please spare me the agita!!!!!!

I love that I don’t have to jump to 3 different apps to look for houses. It has all of the houses from other websites in one place.

Begging Trulia to get rid of the "Check availability with 1-click" function. I keep turning it off and yet it still keeps sending messages I don't want to send to properties I'm interested in. Deeply frustrating.

It’ still showing feeds after I clicked on stop showing feeds

Why would an apartment search app not have a way to filter by Move In Dates? Makes 0 sense. I don’t want to click on each apt and have to search for the move in date. I’ll be using every other apt search engine on the market from now on

It’s difficult to find an apartment it’s always telling me it’s unavailable or they can’t find anything I’m looking for. It’s a confusing app.

Don’t know what happened. This was a great home search app until maybe 3-4 months ago. I started getting unwanted listings in my feed. I specifically requested single level homes only. At least half of my feed was two levels. I also put a top price in my sort filter. This was ignored over and over again. I’m done. Deleted.

The search criteria you enter are not used to inform notifications of new listings. It only used geographical location, and perhaps price range. All the other things that are important it ignores. To top it off, I left feedback in the app. After almost a month, there is still no response. Same as any other real estate app, nothing special here.

Why do Apple Pay charge you for something that I already paid for

App will not allow you to search for sale by owner and agent at the same time. If I am looking in a specific neighborhood I have to switch back and forth. Very cumbersome

Tried searching apartments in the Bronx, queens and manhattan but gave me no result. But when I searched in Jersey all the rentals in the city appear.

I love using Trulia. I would like to see more weather patterns. I believe they used to show you where the tornado alley was and hurricane alley like in Panama city, but now I think they remove that feature unfortunately. I don’t understand their ratings on the school systems. It doesn’t explain that one is low in five is high or five is low and one is high. I’m just gonna imagine that all schools are bad. It would be nice to have more information about the neighborhood. You always have to like cross reference with indeed.com and crime reports and all that extra stuff. I don’t move because I got a job in some city. I got a better way of traveling and sometimes I like to just find month-to-month rentals that are furnished just to see if I like a place. I haven’t had any good luck with actually finding a home here on Trulia, a lot of the homeowners are deceitful, and will lie to tell you anything just to sell their house so basically I just come here to look at what types of houses I like aesthetically and think it would be in the best interest to just build your own home because most of these homes are not done correctly built over septic systems bad foundations mold problems many issues involved with people who build houses who don’t know what they’re doing or just want to get rid of them as quickly as possible

WHY do the realtors negkect disclosing where the Laundry room is located. ? This is very important to me in buying a home in VA! I find this very irritating. PLease Add this location of laundry room (s) to the listing. Much Gratitude.

Updated review: Keywords such as ranch, chef, fireplace, etc. do not work. Everything in my original review still stands. This app has not improved. Original review: Title: Filters don't work properly If I am searching for a home with a pool and a fireplace and a garage, you need to have actual filters for those items instead of searching for those keywords. The reason is that if someone mentions their backyard is big enough to add a pool, that will pull up results for homes that do not have pools. Also, I would appreciate a dedicated filter for people who are searching for homes with detached guest houses. This is not the same as a guest bedroom, even if it has its own bathroom. I do like the way Trulia displays the photos, as it is much easier to scroll through and look at the photos. This helps when you were looking at hundreds of listings. Still, the filters need a lot more refining before I will give you more than one star. You also need a filter for people who want a one story home versus many stories.

I do like the app. I just wish they did a better job identifying flood zones in areas.

Easy to use!

spent looking at houses in my price range in all of the US cities and towns I could potentially, maybe, someday move to. I’ve imagined replacing so many kitchen floors… turning so many spare rooms into libraries..

The Trulia app is really beneficial when looking for a apartment/homes but it’s disappointing when people post their properties and when (we) potential tenants request to go view it or inquire about it No one reaches out or responds.

Tons of followup information. Allows zooming of photos. Could not find filter for mobile home search.'

I like looking at real estate and find this app very easy to use. The biggest issue I have with the app is the fact that the filters don’t work. Example: If you try to filter out condos with HOAs higher than $600 per month, the app does not filter out the condos with higher HOAs—like $1500, $1000, etc. Additionally, if you try to filter for places with a garage, the app does not filter out the condos with no parking at all. It’s really annoying & wastes a lot of time having to manually weed through all of the listings. Please fix the filters.

Security data and flood data should be added as it was.

There are many safe neighborhoods in Detroit, but without the crime map showing where they are, people will hesitate to buy in the city. Everyone knows you were strong-armed into eliminating them. Grow a spine and bring them back.

In today’s economy it’s hard to save for a home that you actually want. Most people rent because of lack of resources or general distaste in being held in one place for 30+ years. I enjoy browsing houses all of the US just to unwind and get an idea of what I like in a home one day. I enjoy the app, filters, and the information I am able to search on my preferred properties.

Too many bugs, Crashes every time I try to login, then it prompts to change the password, prompt crashes immediately upon saving changed password and new password doesn’t save.

Looking for a ssi benefit apartment to rent. Nothing fit my budgets

Trulia have quadruple the amount of pertinent information about real estate properties than their competitors. Details about demographics are miles above Zillow. I wouldn’t buy a house without doing my homework on Trulia

Keeps showing me houses in a whole other state. Can’t erase them from my feed. I click to stop showing in feed, three days later they still popping up. I’ve - even sign out/in from app , nothing Erase saved/search history , nothing

The 50k price increments for setting the price range are too wide. Give us 10k increments to get better results. 150k to 200k is a huge jump.

Doesn’t show feed and I can’t even search an area. This has been for years. Pretty sure they just rely on advertisement for downloads. Anybody can make the same kinda app with same kinda issues.

I cannot believe they thought tiny print was an awesome idea, or that making their app layers of complicated is a fabulous idea. More proof that when you put the wrong people in charge you get garbage results. Deleting it. Back to Zillow for now.
